Agar aap 18+ ho aur abhi tak voter register nahi ho, aap democracy ki sabse pehli battle me hi nahi ho.

Step 3 — PIL Ka Power
Public Interest Litigation Bharat ki ek unique cheez hai. Aap khud citizen ke roop me High Court ya Supreme Court me public ke interest me case file kar sakte ho.

Step 4 — Local Body Elections — The Real Battle
Lok Sabha 5 saal me ek baar hota hai. Lekin panchayat, ward councillor, municipal corporation har 5 saal me hain aur turnout 25-40%rehta hai — matlab aap ka vote 2-4x weighted hai compared to general election.
Local body decides:
- Garbage collection, drainage, road repair, street lights
- Property tax rates aur exemptions
- Building permissions, local zoning
- Water supply, sewage
CJP-type rage tweets municipal road thik nahi karte. Ward councillor karta hai.
Step 5 — Civil Services — Inside Reform
Agar aap genuinely policy aur institutional change chahte ho, sabse direct path hai civil services. UPSC, state PSC, SSC — these are the people who actually write the rules.

Example — Mazdoor Kisan Shakti Sangathan ne 1990 me Rajasthan me transparency campaign start kiya. 2005 me national RTI Act ban gaya. 15 saal ka grind.
Example — Anna Hazare ka anti-corruption movement 2011 me peak ko chhua. Lokpal 2013 me bana — kuch flaws ke saath, lekin abhi bhi nazdeeq lakhs cases handle karta hai.
