- The exact page URL and quoted claim.
- The reputable source that contradicts it (Reuters, BBC, AP, OHCHR, MEA India, etc.).
- Your suggested correction.
We process corrections within 72 hours and add a visible "Updated: [date] — [reason]" note where significant.
